Dead eufyCam S330

I have a eufyCam S330 that has been working for a few months, and now it seems dead. It went offline about a week ago, and the other S330s are communicating to the home base fine. I rebooted the base station and my WiFi a few times, but it’s not getting back online. So I brought the camera inside and plugged it into the wall, but it doesn’t even turn on; i.e. I’m not seeing any indicator light anywhere. I guess it just died? I think I bought it back in May, so not sure what happened.

Any guidance on what to do? Would it still be under warranty? I bought it at Best Buy.

It should be still under warranty, they have a 12-month warranty.
Did you register it in the eufy app?
You can start a warranty claim through eufy app.

Try resetting the camera, hold the sync button down until you hear two beeps.
If nothing happens then repeatedly press the sync button 15 times consecutively.

Holding the sync button down doesn’t do anything, and neither does pressing it 15+ times. I don’t see a light when I plug it into the charger, so I guess it’s completely dead.

Was able to get through the reset / sync process after all, and the camera is back in action now!

What do you think the issue was??
