Dear Eufy Community:
We need a section of the community or a dedicated thread to post suggestions and solutions regarding Eufy devices.
For example, I’m going to keep suggesting that the software for the Smart Screen E10 be updated to allow me to record video while I’m watching the Live feed. Currently, there is no option or button to record if you happen to be watching a camera’s Live feed and an event happens simultaneously. This should be a simple fix since I believe it is possible within the Eufy app already.
Does anyone else agree on having a separate section or thread within this community that is solely dedicated to making helpful device/app suggestions?
