Why am I seeing ads in the Eufy Security app for android for some sale on eufy products. Why am I seeing this, and how do I remove this permanently?

Same here with iOS 
It is. At least they state as such when you give a negative review on the App Store about it. They say email them and they will remove you.
My question is, if you can remove people, why add them to begin with?
