Disable "Switched to Away/Home mode by Schedule" notifications on video doorbell E340

Hello all,

I have a video doorbell E340 device. I have created schedules to switch to Home and Away security modes. How can I disable the “Switched to Away/Home mode by Schedule” notifications from the device?

Note 1: The notifications are useless and annoying, since they happen on a schedule every day. I don’t need to be reminded repeatedly!

Note 2: I want to keep using schedules, and I only want to disable this type of notification. All other notifications must remain unaffected.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
These notifications are also useless for me, and you can turn them off.
If you go to the device settings w you should have a ‘Notification’ section. Depending on the device there will be a setting ‘Switch modes by schedule’ for HB2, or ‘Switching notifications’.
