is there a way to turn off sound notification " the system has been switched to Home mode by Schedule" ? I has this notification 2 times a day when it switches from Away mode to Home and back and would like to have sound notification only when camera sees the motion. Any ideas how to do that?

You didn’t indicate what device(s) you are using but with a HB3 you select the Devices tab in the app, select your HB3, gear icon upper right, Notification, then select/deselect what you want to be notified about.
Sorry I didn’t mention that I don’t have Home Base, my camera works directly with Eufy Security App. Notification comes from the app on the phone. I set schedule for Eufy Indoor Cam C220, but I guess app is the same for all Eufy cameras, I was thinking about buying few outdoor cameras as well, but then if I set different schedules those app notifications will be real annoyance : )
Afraid I won’t be much help. I have always had a HB so no idea how it works without one.

I assume that when you entered a scheduling through the Security tab, the settings didn’t have an option to not notify when switching?
Is there any option in the Home and Away Mode settings that may say switching notifications?
I didn’t find any settings for it. When camera switching from Home mode to Away mode and visa versa app notifies me with sound. I was experimenting with the app trying to turn it off, but all I found is how to turn off all notifications including one from cameras or how to turn off camera notifications. I still want to have camera to notify me if movement detected and I set it up as loud sound, but the same sound telling me that scheduler set Away mode at midnight is a little but excessive in my opinion…
Okay, you might / may have luck doing it through your phones settings?
I don’t know what it would be listed as… possibly scheduling notifications… Switching notifications?
Look in your phones settings for app and notifications and look for eufy Security app ~ notifications.
I’m aware of those settings but if I turn off “show notifications” - I’m not getting any notifications at all. If I turn off “eufy motion” I’m still getting notification from scheduler but no motion detection alerts.
Following cuz I do not have home base either
I found that in my C220 camera there’s option in the app called “mode switch Notification”. But there is only option to push notification only when “Switch modes by geofencing” . If somebody has indoor cameras, could you please check if you have other options such as “switch modes by schedule” and “Switch modes from app” ? My app and camera firmware is up to date, I wonder if I bought wrong camera, or all indoor cameras don’t have those 2 notification settings?
