Does anybody know why while using my noise cancellation on my liberty 4 nc I can still hear outside sounds? I don’t get what the test says when I do it

It cancels out noise while music/audio is playing most noticeably via Spotify/Apple Music if you just have them on they aren’t going to cancel out anything unless audio is playing.
No but like when I am playing audio I can still hear outside sounds
it’s only supposed to cancel out background noise, not all noise. some noise curves are too sharp to be constantly blocked out, so that’s why you will still hear people talking or dogs barking. noise cancellation is never supposed to be perfect, but it is supposed to be better than nothing.
yeah, no. that’s not the issue. it still cancels out noise at the same rate whether you’re playing something or not. the only reason you notice a difference is because the noise of whatever you’re playing probably drowns out the other noises around you.
Same at mine headphones but I think that’s normal. Also you have to know if there’s a bike or a car somewhere so that’s the good side of it and maybe you just got normal mode and not noice canceling

- Try different sizes of ear tips to ensure you have a snug fit and a tight seal. If one earbud feels secure and the other doesn’t, try mixing sizes — for example, medium on the left and large on the right.
