Does anyone else wish that Eufy devices would allow you to select to display a timestamp that isn’t only in military time i.e. adding 12 HR time format vs only 24 hr? Or does anyone else wish that video stored locally on memory cards or on a Homebase drive could be removed and viewed on a computer (instead of needing to download videos using the Eufy App)?

I’m able to change the time format to 12 HR or 24 HR in the General Settings _ time zone.
Videos stored on the SD card are encrypted, and yes I would like to be able to just pop it out and put it in my PC to watch the videos, but can’t.
The HB3 has an option where you can back up your videos to and USB drive and then you can watch them on your PC unencrypted.
