As the title says, for iPhone users, DO NOT update to the newest version of the Eufy app from the app store. I just updated mine and ALL of my devices have been removed from the app. I can still access my cameras through the Apple Home app but the Eufy app has screwed the pooch.

Correction: All of my devices are now visible again. Just had to scan the QR code of my homebase and all of them returned. This makes no sense and I wish Eufy would get their shit together.

I tried to log off and log on again with my account. Logon is also not possible (error 401; not authorized).
Really a bad surprise on St. Nicholas Day !

Just tried to “Logon with another account” function. Of course I logged on with the same user/pwd. This worked an my devices are back again.

Unfortunately, we had to delete and re-install the Eufy application (iphone) to get everything back. Kept getting 401 authentication errors.
Not cool. I’m not home and now have no way to monitor it.
