iOS app shows no devices

I have had Eufy cameras for about 2 years now - with no issues. I have shared my home devices with my wife. We both use iPhones. We are both updated to the latest iOS.

On my wife’s iPhone, when she goes into the app - it shows no devices. Yet, she still gets all the notifications from all the cameras and from our front door lock. When she clicks on the notification to view the event - it says no devices.

We have logged her out and logged her back into her account. We deleted the app off her iPhone and reinstalled. We even logged in to her account online - and she was able to see the camera through the online security website using her account credentials. But again when we go back to the iPhone app - it shows no devices.

This is something new in the past week or so. She’s had the app on her iPhone ever since we got our first cameras.

Any idea what is wrong and how can we fix it?
