I have a video doorbell that has been working perfectly for the past 8 months. Today however it has stopped streaming images in colour and only shows black and white. I haven’t changed any settings. Does anyone have an idea why it has done this and how I can change it back to colour?
Probably try re setting your video doorbell see if that works
It could be that the infrared camera is being triggered because the light sensor isn’t getting enough light. If resetting didn’t work, maybe try cleaning the surface of the doorbell?
