I’ve had this product less than a week and from day one I’ve been having this issue.
Today Google had an app update which I did that but I’m still getting issues.

Today Google had an app update which I did that but I’m still getting issues.
This happened to me, and I was advised by @AnkerSupport to log out and log back into the app. That did the trick for me. Good luck!
Huh what do you know! I just did that and apparently firmware has been updated.
I did email tech earlier and was told that the team would do it for me.
