Doorbell rings without input

Hi Folks,

My eufy Battery Video Doorbell is ringing like 15 times per day without any input by using the doorbell or automatic recognition. Tried to restart the eufy center, but no change.
After removing the doorbell from the whole system, it continued ringing autonomously . Any experiences with that or ideas? I guess I’m gonna sync it to the home base again and see what happens.

I have this issue sometimes after someone has rung the doorbell. Found out that the doorbell button had become slightly stuck in the pressed position. Have a look at your button to see if it hasn’t fully popped back out to the normal position. If it hasn’t then tapping it should release it.
