Doorbell stopped working, -23 error

This morning my wired doorbell stopped working. It is giving me a -23 error. I am unable to restart it from the app, change settings, or view video. My other cameras, wifi, and internet are all working fine.

Have you tried to remove device and pair it again with the Homebase?

Hope eufy could provide list off error codes so we know what they mean.
