The last few weeks my parents wired doorbell camera hasn’t been working properly- it keeps saying it’s offline. I’ve reset it, checked the connection, updated the eufy app, reconnected it, double checked the wifi connection, and yet it STILL isn’t consistent. HOW can I fix this??
Hi, during the adding device process, there is a page to test the current place’s wifi signal, how is it?
I will have to get back to you on that. I went to check it and this is one of those times where it’s up and running ![]()
its been so inconsistent and definitely tends not to work more at night ![]()
I would look at and troubleshoot the home’s wifi.
Try rebooting the home router/wifi to see if you can get it back online. Then in the setup process on the device see what it says about the wifi signal.
Mine goes offline every now and then for no apparent reason and it is hard wired!! ![]()
