I just bought a 2k video doorbell s220 kit. (It’s a battery powered model with hard wired option), model name of the doorbell is T8210C.
I have it hardwired and it seems to swap between show the green power plug and the battery icon. I noticed it the battery percentage does seem to go up in between (first day it went from 85% to 92%)
So I wonder if this is normal behaviour or if it is an indication of a problem with my transformer or wiring.

It’s a normal function, you’ll see it toggle back and forth on battery & plug.
it’s to protect the battery, because you don’t want it to be constantly at a full charge it needs to cycle the battery to prevent failure to it.

It’s normal that’s what mine does and it’s almost 2 years old and works fine
