If you have social media which I do not put it all over social media that they’re not fixing their app Maybe stirring up things will get them to move a little bit faster or get someone who knows what they’re doing when they’re creating these updated apps
If you have social media put it all over social media stating that they do not seem to be fixing their three updated apps people have bought and paid for security cameras that they’re not even able to use. And I would suggest No One by their camera
It looks like they finally resolved this 24/7 recording issue for me with the recent Homebase 3 software version 3.6.6.0. Anyone else?
I had the same issue with a couple of my security cameras. I ended up doing exactly what someone below indicated: go to the settings and ensure that continuous recording is not enabled. I would also adjust the sensitivity to your desired level and ensure that you either have a solar panel or some way to connect it directly to a power source. I also ensure that, if the camera completely dies, even if it has solar panels, I reconnect it to power to update the software and firmware simultaneously, which is better than using Wi-Fi.
E330 is hardwired to power and designed to record 24/7, so turning off continuous recording seems like a huge downgrade.
Anyway, the issue with the 24/7 recording stopping partway through the day which started in February’s Homebase update was fixed for me with the latest April Homebase 3 update.
I too am having a serious issue with my floodlight camera I do not have a home base I have checked every setting it stops recording around midnight and doesn’t begin again until about 8:00 a.m. I haven’t changed anything what is going on I really getting irritated
I found this to be a HB3 issue. Reset works
