The E330 stop recording 24/7 since 28th February. The recording only recording up to 6pm and stop

I’ve got the same issue with my 3x E330… since a week or two they stop recording continuously around 6PM. I changed nothing in my settings. I restarted HB3 and the E330’s several times, but they still fail to keep recording 24/7. Very disappointing…
Have you checked under settings for each camera then tap home base there’s a option for recording events only or continuous and events i think that’s newer
It’s set to “events and continuous recording”.
Have you unplugged the home base for a few minutes? Sometimes that works better than just restarting.
This happens since te last HB3 update on 2/25… so you can stop rebooting, reconnecting or whatever throubleshooting they give you. A new fix is probably needed.

Running into this same issue too with 2x E330. Tried HomeBase 3 on ethernet and WiFi. Cameras connected to HB3 or to WiFi bridge, all have same issue… continuous recording stops about 3/4 of the way into the day. Eufy support is clueless on this… getting sick of their software updates breaking things.
With so many customers experiencing this E330 24/7 recording issue now after the newest HB3 firmware release… can you please escalate the problem on your end to get engineering team to fix? An rough ETA on a fix would be helpful too…

When are you going to fix this? I am having the sane issues! I spent so much money on these cameras to ensure my home is protected. Neighbours are having huge fights and my cametas arent even recording properly! What compensation do we get for this?
Today ,I just started having issues with the Homebase 3 turning off all cameras that are connected to it ( it have something to do with the latest firmware update for the homebase 3) the update allows for the homebase to finally be want it was put out to be.
I think I may have resolved my issue though, by doing the following… Clear the app cache and data, uninstall and then reinstall the app.
But I will say this is only seems to be a temporary solution of sorts, because the app keeps freezing up whenever I try to make adjustments to any of my cams even the 2 that aren’t hooked to the homebase.

I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve just spent the last 2 hours going through all settings to make sure I didn’t accidentally change something. We had someone try break into one of our cars last night in our driveway so very disappointed our cameras didnt record anything. Hopefully this issue is fixed ASAP
This is what I’m going to say they’ve had non-stop issues with every update since February of 2025. So this is what I will say if you have social media Facebook Twitter Instagram put it out all over social media about eufy not fixing their app
