I have two e330

I have two e330’s with homebase3. One camera is recording events correctly(without 24x7 recording) but on other I dont find an option to disable 24x7 recording. By default its on.

It seem different firmware versions on each. When I try to update the firmware it says its on latest.

How I can address the issue? I dont want 24x7 recording.

Can anyone please help me ?

Maybe update firmware or try a reset ??

You may have to wait. The firmware is rolled out in batches according to the serial number

It says itsa already in latest firmware.

I have turned the camera on for last couple of days. But still I dont see latest version upgrade.
Any idea how much time it will take?

Eufy just replied to send the camera for troubleshooting. I am trying to avoid if the firmware upgrade will be available in some predefined time. As sending it to eufy and then troubleshooting is time consuming :disappointed_face:

It could be a few weeks. I would wait until the end of May and then consider sending it back. You could try asking Eufy the timescale and even to send the upgrade to your serial number

To have the E330 record 24/7 or events only that is under your camera settings > tap on home base connection then you will see a option for recording 24/7 or events only.

There is no homebase option under settings of the camera.

i can see it for other camera which has updated firmware.

Exactly. I am also getting similar screen for other e330 but not for the one which is having firmware update issue. Seems once the firmware is updated, i will get the similar screen and the issue will be fixed.
