E340 and S340 return to default position too quickly after motion stops

Hi when the cams are following the subject and then the subject stops moving for 2 secs, on the third second, the cameras return back to default location. If then on the 4th second, the subject moves, the camera must wait the minimum of 5 seconds to start tracking again. How can I increase the time it waits to return to default position? Because even if I set the recording length to its max, the subject goes out of frame when the camera returns to default position. If this is not an option, can it be added a time range of 3(current default) to at least 10 to 15 seconds as a selector by 2 secs? 3, 5, 7, 9,11,13,15 seconds?
