I have the Eufy E340 video doorbell and it’s connected to a Eufy Minibase Chime. I am having trouble with package detection. Most packages are not being detected, sometimes large ones in the middle of the doormat do get detected though.
Here are a couple examples of packages that did not get detected, they are in clear view of the bottom camera (the image is from the bottom camera). My doorbell is installed with a wedge that tilts the camera down so it can see things up against the wall that it’s attached to.
What could be the issue? I have set the sensitivity to maximum (also tried it with medium sensitivity) & the activity zones go right to the bottom up against the wall so the packages are definitely well within the activity zone.
