I just installed the E340, wired to a 24Vac-2A as per advise.
The RING light seems to work when motion detect, and when pressing the button, but I disabled motion detect. But I would like the RING light to simpy always be on regardless. Energy saving should not be an issue as we have it wired.
I do not want motion detect because this is a high foot traffic area. If I have motion detect, I would get messages every few minutes, seconds even. But I do want the RING light so at night visitors see exactly where to button to press is.
Any advise?

But I think this was related to motion detect, and not to no-motion detect.
