Just installed E340 wired doorbell. So far so good except the ring button LED light never come on. I had the status LED light option set to ON but nothing happened at night when I walked up to the doorbell. Only the 2 white LEDs below doorbell button and 2 red LEDs above the doorbell button were ON. Doorbell button in the middle was not able to be seen.
Is this function as design or something wrong with my door bell ?
