I wish they’d designed these things slightly differently. If you have to turn the thing upside down, then the text is clearly upside down too. Also the magnet isn’t centralised so again if used rotated, the the magnet is also not balanced. It’s have been so much more universal if they’d removed the text and moved the magnet to the middle. Simple details clearly lost in the design process.

The wyze ones the battery lasted about 10 months off a watch battery, the battery probably has as much self discharge as what’s being used

Juts received the new sensors. In exactly the same way as the previous version I own, removing the back is almost impossible. The only way to open it is to use the blade of a screwdriver and damage the sensor. @AnkerSupport how did you get the design so wrong. I’m a 6’3” man and I can’t open a small door sensor back. The design absolutely sucks.
