Hi there I just got the battery doorbell yesterday. Last night I was able to connect everything fine, I tried to perform an update over night. This morning the doorbell was flashing blue and red, I have tried to factory reset but it goes blank for 2 seconds then begins flashing blue and red again.
Yes mines is the same. How do you fix it?
The red and blue flashing means its trying to update. Unfortunately, the internet is really congested due to Black Friday and it might take a long time to download. Leave it until it stops flashing.
