I want to know if it is possible to buy/replace the back part because it is broking in my two Eufy Cam 2.

You probably would have to contact eufy and I doubt they would have or sell that piece.
The four circles on the rounded edges appear to be plugs that probably conceal screws underneath them, though that’s probably just to take the camera apart I’m thinking the back rubberish piece is placed on with adhesive. The crack doesn’t look that bad I would just use outdoor weatherproof clear silicone on it and save yourself some

Next next time you take the camera down to charge her up just inspect it. I also suggest you put a small dab of anti seize onto the threaded portion of the mount that screws into the cam as it appears a bit of rust is forming.
Though be careful with that stuff it gets everywhere on you
