I have two solar panels and misplaced one of the small rubber seals that go around the end of cable that plugs into the camer. Where can I get some replacements, as I’m sure to lose again?
I have these seals I can trade that I don’t need.

I wouldn’t worry about the seal just get a couple dabs of silicone caulk around it and call it good.
Hi .who do I contact to get these seals … support @eufy doesn’t seem to know what I’m on about . So frustrating, been on chat and the phone about 15 times and they still have no clue that I just need a seal x heather
Buy a roll of clear self-fusing silicone tape from a hardware store and you are fine. That’s what I use on all my cams. Costs about $8 for a 10 ft roll.
If possible, send them a photo in an email of what you require and include the camera model.
