I have had my Eufy Cam 2C’s (4 of them) and EufyCam (360day) now for about 4 months and they are not detecting motion, nor have they ever. They have good quality connection to HomeBase2 running Firmware 2.1.6.9h, and the cams are running the following Firmware:
- EufyCam 2C’s: 1.7.4
- Eufy Cam: 2.7.4
I have cleared the Motion Zones, added the motion zones, restarted everything more than once… they just do not detect motion, nor record it.
What gives? This basically makes it completely useless as a Security System.
