Anyone having problem with the euphycam 2c and Homebase 2 not Detecting motion at all or seemingly detecting it when the camera feels like it? I’ve done all kinds of resetting procedures.And reassigning procedures to the cameras. Everything that customer service would and did tell me to do.But I still have no luck. I never had these problems with the wired cameras.But ever since I switched to the wireless cameras i’ve had these issues. My mother has the same cameras and the same home base.But it’s not having the problems that I am having.
I’ve seen a few people run into similar issues with the EufyCam 2C and Homebase 2 where motion detection feels inconsistent. Sometimes it helps to tweak the Activity Zones in the app and adjust the sensitivity settings rather than relying on defaults. Also, make sure your firmware is fully updated — some motion detection bugs have been patched in updates. If all else fails, re-syncing the cameras at a closer distance to the Homebase before placing them back outside has worked for some users.

I have tried all that. I finally removed and repaired the cameras to the base and it seems to be working. I already use custom detection areas and i never use the default settings.
