I’m having problems with one of our five cameras, where the lighting level fluctuates bright then dark constantly. It doesn’t do this when in night mode. Might there be a fix our do we have a defective unit?

You might consider trying to change camera locations with one of your other cams and see if the problem follows the camera or stays in one location.
If it follows the camera, the device is probably defective. If the problem stays the same with a different camera in the suspect location, you probably should try pointing the cam differently and see if that helps.
