Just got my cam yesterday, set it up after the firmware update successfully, added the eufy skill in Alexa. I can view the video using eufy security app but cannot view my camera with my echo show 5, alexa always responds “Front (my camera name) is not responding”
Echo show 5 and eufy cam both updated to latest firmware as of today. Please help or I will have to return the camera.
Eufy 2K pro great all set on Alexa. My Samsung Neo QLED shows my doorbell from another manufacturer via Alexa. Yet when I as Alexa to show Cam1 on TV, I get a black screen. Does anyone else have this issue and have a fix?
