When I call Alexa to show me the cam it always needs a second call before Alexa shows me the Video on Echo Show 5. At the first time Alexa always says that she can’t get the connection to the cam.
With the second call it always works and the video is shown.
I think there is a bug in the Alexa Skill?
i get that from time to time with the battery doorbell on the show 8. it’s like the camera goes to a low power mode and takes a second identical command to function. i contacted eufy support but didn’t get any real help. for the moment its gone away, but glad to see i’m not the only one that had a similar issue. yours might go away as well.
