Dear members
I have been in possession of Eufy 2K with Homebase since yesterday. ( Third set )
I have the following message:
P2P Failure.
The update 3.07.07 is not working neither.
So what is working right now?
Doorbell: Is ringing and captures frames/images/clips.
Homebase: Savings frames/images/clips
Light is permanent blue.
What is not working?
Doorbell live images.
Where you normally can push play and see live whats going on in front of the door.
At that moment P2P Failures shows up.
The update says 3 minutes but after 15 minutes it say its failured.
So ‘if’ the update works does it solve the problem?

Check out this forum post, someone figured out how to make the doorbell update to the new firmware.

This evening i started having issues with my door bell , I am getting motion alerts via the app however when I try to view the clip or connect to live view I get an error.
Unable to connect to video doorbell (P2P Connection failure)…
I have removed the app and reinstalled , but still the same. Restarted Homebase but no change.
When i now go to homebase settings , i get “Faield to request .-23”
