Our 330 detects motion great … As long as it’s from an individual or pet who lives on the property. It does not detect motions, such as delivery drivers or guests coming to visit. Call me silly, but it would be nice if we could get it to record when strangers are near!
I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps and all of our settings appear to be correct. Is it possible there’s a setting that says only detect familiar faces, vehicles and pets???
I should note, however, that a truck and trailer set that is driven out and backed in on a daily basis is never caught by the motion sensors either. Neither is the massive garbage truck that comes to empty our dumpster. The activity zone has been checked and double-checked several times.
