For some reason my S340 device is not able to detect motion of cars passing the house. It’s rarely picked up traffic when it’s dark and recently is rare for it to pick-up anything else during the day, unless I’m backing out of the driveway just next to the device. I know for a fact the trash service picked up a couple of mornings ago and people were in my driveway, yet nothing recorded. I’ve got the motion detection set to the highest level, AI detection turned on (except ”All Other Motions” because the tree branches set it off) no privacy zones, power is full. I’ve attempted to calibrate the device and turned motion off and back on trying to get it to reset. I’m beyond frustrated with the Eufy cameras and contemplating going to another brand. Has anyone else had this issue, have you been able to do anything to resolve?
