I wanted to start a thread where we can share videos showing how the vehicle detection on our Eufy systems sometimes doesnât work quite right. The vehicle detection is still in betaâitâs been that way for a couple of years nowâbut it often seems to only detect vehicles that are outside of my drivewayâs proximity range.
What Iâm seeing is that the detection often gets triggered when a person gets out of the vehicle thatâs pulled into my driveway, right inside the detection zone, instead of detecting the vehicle itself properly. Itâs a bit frustrating because it misses the actual vehicle or confuses the person exiting as the trigger.
If youâve got any videos showing this happening, please share them here! Itâd be great to see how common this is and maybe figure out some workarounds or get some feedback going to Eufy to improve this feature.
