I am having problems with my eufy cam pro 2c cameras. In fact two of them have the same problem.
I was trying to move them to my new homebase 3 (S380). So, removed the camera from homebase 2, then tried to add them to the new home base. And, made sure they were fully charged but couldn’t sync them. Initially, saw the blue light when I pressed the sync button. But now, there is no blue light at all. I must have held the sync button long enough to turn the camera off.
Now, I tried to turn on the camera. Tried some of the tricks suggested - hold for 15 secs to reset it and even press intermittently 5 secs. Nothing worked so far.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
I don’t think it’s possible to turn the camera off physically, it would have to be done through the app.
Have you tried pushing the sync button while having the USB cable connected / charging it?
Strange that both of your cams are exhibiting the same issue…
Still under warranty?
I tried that and it caused the sync button contact to burn and the plastic button has come off. I can still press the metal contact but nothing happens still.
No its not under warranty.
The sync button burned?? That’s messed up. That’s a safety hazard.
What’s next… Contact eufy support?
