Eufy Doorbell camera T8210 microphone not working?

Doorbell camera microphone not working, just hissing when I go to live mode. The person outside can hear me, but I cannot hear them. When I push the phone talk icon, it stays on. I believe once you remove you finger from the phone icon, it should release and the person outside should be able to speak and be heard. Current version 2.2.3.3
