I purchased the 100ft Eufy E22 smart lights about a year ago and started a project with them. Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete it because I needed an additional power cord extension. I checked the website last year and earlier this year, but it was out of stock. I signed up for restock notifications, but haven’t received any updates.
I logged in again recently, and now I can’t even find the extension cord listed. With the festive season approaching, I’m hoping someone in the forum can help me find a solution.
I contacted Eufy support, and they informed me that the extension cord is no longer sold separately—I’d need to purchase a whole new light set instead.
Meanwhile, my friends and neighbors using Groovy lights have had no trouble finding accessories on Amazon, which makes me regret choosing the E22 model. I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to source the extension cord or work around this issue.
