I’ve had E22 for a year now. They never connect with Google assistant. If you modify a prebuilt lighting design or make a custom one the changes never fully take. 2 strings will work one will not. If I only use the prebuilt ones my 3 connected strings work fine. Their choices are not that great. I’ve called support and worked via email for weeks. I get different answers. One says I have to use the Eufy life app Another said absolutely not it is obsolete use the new Eufy all in one security app. I’ve used both. Neither are great. Nothing fixes the Google integration problem. I know how to add smart devices to google as I have many round my home. These connected one string once and then never again. I’ve done everything support says will fix it. Never connects. Any input or advice on a different app to control the lights where I can get better options for color schemes and easier control? Anybody else have the google connection problem and have since solved it? Love to know the answer.
