I have been having the same problem reported in this topic, but since I can’t comment there given it’s archived, I’m creating a new thread here.
I have an Eufy E220 camera and ran into the same problem. Every two days, between 4 am and 4:30 am, the camera reboots on its own and ends up pointing in a different direction.
Since I’m a software developer, I built an automation that spots when the camera reboots and tells it to recalibrate.
The automation has been running for over a week and catches every reboot. The camera returns to the correct position within a few minutes.
But honestly, if I can do this, I don’t get why Eufy hasn’t fixed it yet. It’s really frustrating.
Hope Eufy fixes that.
