We just recently got the rotating Eufy E220 camera to watch our pet at home while we are away. It has the capabilities to rotate left and right, also move up and down. Half the time, it does not rotate left or right. We hold down left and right, it sounds like it is trying to rotate and eventually says limit has reach. HELP PLEASE! Need solutions and answers.

Do you have an options to do round look when you go into live viewing. See below for the S340. That might help or at least confirm if it can move or not. Maybe there is grit or something in there?
Sorry you’re having issues. Please use the calibrate button. If the camera doesn’t move fully in all directions, there could be a mechanical issue and you’ll need to contact support.
Calibrate it under the camera settings inside pan and tilt settings or under the live view controls screen. After calibrating you can try a round look to check.
