Anyone know how or why my eufy cam mini shuts off when I try to rotate to the left or right. Is it possible for the wires inside to get twisted up in there cause to power it on now I have to hold the base of the camera so it does not move to keep it on and then can only move the lens up and down. If I move it left or right it shuts off.
