Eufy E25 brand new gets stuck trying to dock with the charger every single time. I have to apply a little Otto the wheel. Any suggestions???

I don’t have one but should the cleaning brushes be still spinning when it is trying to dock? Not sure how it is assembled either but is the ramp a separate part that might not be snapped all the way in? Again I don’t have any robot vacuum but just some thoughts

Respectfully, looking at the video close-up of the wheel, spinning, the whole outside of the robot looks kind of dusty. Try taking a damp microfiber cloth a Do you have any? nd cleaning it, including the wheels and the ramp.

Ignore the “Do you have any” I was using the microphone and watching ‘Blue Bloods’ and the microphone picked that up from the show :rofl:
