My Eufy Omni E2

My Eufy Omni E28 has been unable to dock successfully since it got a system update. Has anybody come across the same issue? Please let me I already reached out to customer service support. They said they will look over the logs and I should send them a video so I recorded this to show them the issue. They may be able to replace this unit with a new one, all things considered. I really love the system. This is the first issue I have had with it. I’m just curious to see if there is any way to resolve it without getting a new one shipped.

Why do eufy’s [FORCED and UNANNOUNCED] updates always “break” our devices? Every time my system and devices start malfunctioning I waste an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out what’s wrong and “fix” things. Inevitably I find out there was an update…and didn’t even show any new updates when I checked. EUFY: PLEASE STOP COVERTLY UPDATING OUR DEVICES. GIVE US AN ALERT AND AN OPTION TO UPDATE LATER. Or at the very least, announce that there is an update and when it will occur.

It will be a shame if this is coursed by the update. Just got same model 3days ago still working ok though.

I also bought a Eufy Omni E25 and the firmware update is blocked at 39%.
Is there a way to do a factory reset or factory restoration.
