My Eufy Omni E28 has been unable to dock successfully since it got a system update. Has anybody come across the same issue? Please let me I already reached out to customer service support. They said they will look over the logs and I should send them a video so I recorded this to show them the issue. They may be able to replace this unit with a new one, all things considered. I really love the system. This is the first issue I have had with it. I’m just curious to see if there is any way to resolve it without getting a new one shipped.
