Maybe try to reset it.

I have before. I just picked the robot up and placed it back into the base manually, until I got the charging notification. I ran a new cycle and have not experience the issue since.

Done everything, remove it from the app, uninstall the app, reinstall the app again, add the Robovac as a new device, rescan the house; reset it from the two buttons, reset it from the small reset button next to home button. Nothing worked

Hi,
Done this with the robot still working, on pause or stopped. Nothing worked. He is cleaning as usual, but when he has to dock the station the sutiation is the same

Have you tried moving the base station farther from the altar? It might be getting confused by the light reflection from the legs.

So these robots are sensor reliant my recommendation is wipe the rear sensors and also see if there maybe somthing electronic wise that could cause interference with the vacuum.

Too many issues I am not convienced yet to invest in a robo vac!

You can try turning on activity log upload and make it return to base, if it doesn’t work, eufy will receive what is happening and try to fix it.

Have you moved the base station, I had to move mine and my C20 spat its dummy out for about 30 minutes but then sorted itself out.

Oh

Get a Roborock after sales service is the best of all the robot Vacs out there,
My Roborock just keeps going no issues at all, I’ve got two actually and Thoroughly recommend the Roborock brand,
