Anyone else having issues with the eufy Omni C28 failing to dock? I’ve already tried cleaning the sensors, swivel wheel, factory reset, and recreating the map.

I’m having the exact same issue, are you using iPhone or android ? I’m asking because could there be an issue with the app itself , I have no idea

I’m using Android. I just ended up contacting support and they replaced my unit.
