Hello everyone , I’m new to Eufy and I have the Omni c20, the issue I’m having is the base, the robot can’t find it, when it’s done its job, it goes to the base but it doesn’t doc anymore, I’ve taken the front of the robot off, cleaned the sensors and cleaned the sensor in the base, from what I have read , if I use my camera on my phone , I’ll be able to see the infrared sensors and I can on the robot but on the base station I can’t, it has gone back without any issues but the last week it won’t
Any tips on what could be wrong ?
