Eufy E340 Doorbell - Wired ?

Hello,
I’m trying to replace my existing “interphone doorbell” with a E340 doorbell.
My existing interphone is connected with 2 cables and use a AC Adaptor 12v 900ma
I Have 2 Existing internal chime (one per floor).
Seen the photos below…
I Have connected the E340 to the 2 existing cables but the doorbell run slowly out of battery.
On the Eufy App see this power cord logo.
The E340 Is connected to my Homebase3.

Questions :

  1. Not enough power or badly connected ?
    —> I have purchased a new adaptor 24v 10va,
    But not replace the old one now, should I try it ?

  2. the 2 internal chime don’t ring et I Heard “Bbzzzz” speaker, should I use jumper to change something ?
