Eufy Horrible Experience

3 months ago I ordered about $2500 worth of products from Eufy and they shipped only half the products, When asked where is the rest of the order they said the S120 Solar Wall Light Cam (4-Cam Pack+ 1 free) is a pre sale order and won’t ship until late July, I said okay ship the rest of the stuff and I’ll wait for the light camera’s to arrive. and that’s where their trick works, now they have a record of the second shipment but I don’t have proof that they didn’t ship the lights, Few months pass and contacted them again and they said, we shipped everything.

Now I only have a record of the e-mails the lady asking me if I want to wait for the lights until late July, and the second shipment missing the lights was delivered in late May. What do you guys think, Should I take them to small claims court? I was about to place another order over $4000 but now I will have to find another company unless they fix their mistake.

I spoke to an agent from the US and he was very polite and professional and he did acknowledge that the lights have not been shipped and the product seen delays in manufacturing, I would like to see feedback from other people who placed the order for those lights.
