I just received the new cameras, and while they were easy to set up, several of the Most important features don’t work. Neither one sends notifications to my phone, despite having all things connected properly and following all troubleshooting steps.
The cameras are recognized by Amazon Alexa, but you can’t see any video on the Echo Show. She just states that the camera isn’t responding, or that I should check to see if it is connected and the power is on.
June 6 - Just figured out why these don’t send notifications- you have to have the memory card in them. I was waiting for them to arrive, but dug our an old one and they started working. It would be nice to have this one sentence added to the Troubleshooting page.
